Problems receiving our emails?

At Youngcarers.net we sometimes send emails to our members (for example, our regular newsletter, your activation code when you joined us, or messages from the Youngcarers.net team). But sometimes people have problems receiving emails from us. A common reason for this is that your email service doesn’t know who we are, so it thinks we might be sending you 'junk', 'bulk' or 'spam' messages. But it’s usually quite easy to sort out.

If you think you haven’t been getting emails from us, or if you’ve found that our emails tend to end up in your spam, bulk or junk folder, have a look below and see if we can help you. Find the name of your email service and then follow the instructions.
