Sometimes it can be hard to help a parent fill in forms, especially if they are about money or other things that are difficult to understand. If you find that helping someone to communicate is stressful or gets in the way of school work or going out with friends, try talking to your parents about how you feel. They might be able to get help from Social Services so that you don’t have to help them as much.
