What’s it like being a buddy?

A young carer tells us about her experience of buddying:

"Hey all I’m Abbey and i’m 14 and i do buddying - i have had two buddies which have been great. It’s always nice to know you have a friend. I had a buddy when i first started and found it very useful. Now i’m doing it for other people."
