If things go wrong we want to know. We want to provide an excellent website service to you. If we have let you down, it is your right to complain.

Whatever you want to tell us about YCNet, we promise to listen! We will use all your comments to improve YCNet. Many problems can be sorted out quickly and on the spot by emailing us using the feedback box below.

What will happen next?
We will treat your comments as private unless you have asked us to share them. If you want us to respond, we will do so within 3 working days. If you are not happy with our response, we will ask our managers to look at your comments at their next meeting and they will respond to you.
