    Hey Jaz! Those are great suggestions, and I reckon they'll help a load of people (including me - I'm going to try it).  I think writing helps a lot, because depending on what you write, you can make yourself feel better and more relaxed. If you're stressed out, you can either write about yourself having a good time and convince yourself ...
