    heya i generally don't cope but i have amazing friends and 1 of them has a sis with down's as well but she luckily doesnt hve 2 luk after her most of the time. i luv drama,nd i.ct. i lyk pshe nd maths as well. any gd coping techniques? x x x

    ayup. i have to put her 2 bed most nights, wash her, clean her teeth, help her with toileting, pik her up from her bus once a week nd luk after her til my mum gets in. bu most of the time its just a case of keeping her company, whihc i know sounds easy but sh is a really impatient person nd once im with her dusnt like me going, nd my mum is drunk ...
