    hi well im new so thought id let u all knw a lil bit about me soo yeh well my brother has downs syndrome nd for those of u dnt knw its a learning difficulty it affetcs me in ways the people closest to me cant see....its hard to explain how..its stressful...every time my parents are stressed i get it passed onto me (if tht meks sense) ...

    heya i generally don't cope but i have amazing friends and 1 of them has a sis with down's as well but she luckily doesnt hve 2 luk after her most of the time. i luv drama,nd i.ct. i lyk pshe nd maths as well. any gd coping techniques? x x x

    ayup. i have to put her 2 bed most nights, wash her, clean her teeth, help her with toileting, pik her up from her bus once a week nd luk after her til my mum gets in. bu most of the time its just a case of keeping her company, whihc i know sounds easy but sh is a really impatient person nd once im with her dusnt like me going, nd my mum is drunk ...

    hey. i'm new around here so i'm jst gettin used 2 it! i have a sister with down's nd she's the most amazing person nd i luv her loadz. they r actualyl reli clever people but lyk some1 above said they need clearer explaining. she knows stuff that i didnt realise she did. so i gues sim tryin 2 say that they r just like every1 else!
