    Use all the time that you are away from home as wisely as you can. Everythink that you need to talk about- make sure you do because it makes everything a whole lot easier. Try and take short breaks away from the person you care for occasionally even if its only like a 5 min walk around the block. It helps clear your head and makes you able to ...
