Hey 
I just wanted to say "Thank you" for everything use have done, but thank you doesnt seem enough for all the things use have helped me with.
I dont really see use as an online support team, and it felt really weird to write online support team, but use make everyone feel so welcome and you just accept everything we say and never judge us ... Use feel more like family than anything else, except for the telling use what to do .. Its good use leave that part out! 
When i first joined here i didnt know what to expect, but from my one of my first experiences in the chat room i knew i was going to love it .. Sam was talking about chocolate and Ewan was trying to keep as away from the subject of females are better
Ewan ... I love all your jokes that you add into things to make things seem less scary (esp in emails), I love your sense of humour even if it does involve lying about whos a maths champion. 
I really really love the mic you use, cause it always makes me laugh and the mistakes it makes, U must have the patience of a saint to not go insane with it .. And ohh yeah im sorry ur hand hurts, Least ur pain makes us happy in some way .. eh? Before i talked to you i thought all males were unhelpful, creeps and annoying .. but ur not any of them your actually quite sensible So i guess youve saved the male race!!
Sam... Well the biggest thing i can say thank you to you for is helping me change my attitude towards things . Youve taught me alot, mostly big words or things to do with child protection - Were ur home life stays at home and ur work life stays at work .. There is a real name but i cant remember what u called it. Youve introuduced me to new foods.. extremly weird and half the time gross foods
. You look at things in a way i wouldnt your always logical but at the same time you dont make it scary... and ur really honest about things
Claudia... Okay, how do you actually spell ur name? I absolutly love the way you word things .. I loved your blogs .. and i really think you should start doing them again 
I love your positivity.. U always seem to be in a good mood. Like Sam youve introuced foods to me via Holland&Barrots, i really think you should be a PR/PA for them .. aswell as working here of course!! Although you havnt worked here that long, I cant imagine the place without you, You just fitted right in
Debbie... Thanks for putting up with me in 1-2-1's, i know if i was talking to someone like me id of given up ages ago .. So thanks for not giving up on me, getting cross with me or telling me that im being silly. And thanks for being honest with me all the time, Even though i dont always appear to like seeing things from ur point of view .. I do like it secretly I like how you deal with things that happen in the chat room , And btw i love your New Years Resolution .. I think you deserve it
Online support team .. thanks for watching all the things i sent in, or replying to emails, Use have all helped me soooooo much . I dont know how use got urs jobs or what even made use want to work were use are now but im really glad use done it
