Hey

i'm completly new to all of this and wonderin who else is in my situation

i care for my little brother who has secial needs - so many he could probably reach the sky with his list - and he is wild and always expects me to do things for him or play with him and i never really get much time to myself.

could anyone give me any tips on how to deal with him or have a bit of 'chill' time? If you are in a similar situation and has found something has really worked please let me know if you have had or found something that works really well
