Hey Jaz! Those are great suggestions, and I reckon they'll help a load of people (including me - I'm going to try it).
I think writing helps a lot, because depending on what you write, you can make yourself feel better and more relaxed. If you're stressed out, you can either write about yourself having a good time and convince yourself that it's real, or even make a fictional character and make them suffer even more than you are (it helps me, anyway).
Then again, you can't always write - especially not when you're working, at school or out on the go and need a stress-buster. You can get those little tension release balls, though, and maybe squeezing them wherever you are could help :D
