I think that it looks really good. One thing, though, some young carers won't tell anyone that they are young carers because they don't want to be bullied or don't want people's sympathy, and they can't get help if they don't tell people. I'm not suggesting that the government zap people's brains to make them announce it to the world, but I think that special assemblies in school and having the welfare officer at school or someone talk with kids who the school believe might be young carers. It might make them ready to talk about being a young carer and then they can get the help they need.
It's just something random I was thinking about and I wasn't sure if it was covered in the plan, sorry
