i have just stated year 7 and my mum has just been told that she has ms but she has had it for

10 years but only just hond out what it and i am in school and just start crying i cant tell my mum,dad or older sister i have out no one but if i do say somethong i get oh i no my mums frend ect and it just gose on so plz help me what can i do
