Ok I see a lot of this kinda thing on facebook you know you are Irish when... you know whatever and I was just thinking what kind of things would there be for young carers... here are some kinda crappy ideas:

you nod rather than sob in the young carer sob stories on Children in Need

(btw this is a light hearted thing I dont want like you know you are a young carer when every day is like striding through waist deep spiritual mud)
