Over the last week or so, we've discussed whether boys play with dolls (and whether they should), whether under-18s should be able to join the police force, the best colour for Crocs sandals, the virtues of leopard print, and where to get extra-large high heels! It often makes me think of the stereotypes of young people that you always see on TV and in the news - you know, grumpy, with a hoodie pulled tight, and just communicating in grunts. Well, that couldn't be more different from the reality here.

Anyway, Sam and I are always on the lookout for interesting subjects to talk about in the chatroom. I often spend a few minutes looking through the BBC website to look for stuff that you folks might have an interesting opinion about. And today I found something fabulous: it turns out that the Tyrranosaurus Rex could run at 18mph, slightly faster than the average footballer. And the fastest dinosaur was about the size of a chicken and could run at 40mph! There's a group of researchers who have found a way of simulating them on a computer, and I've just watched a video of dinosaurs having a race. Now that is fantastic. I've always been a fan of many kinds of animal - as you might be aware, monkeys are a current favourite, but I think I'll have to add dinosaurs to the list.

It's always worth having a look through the news - besides the usual stuff, you never know what you'll come across.
